Garage Floor Coating Photo Album: Apartment Complex Boiler Room

The maintenance crew for this large apartment complex decided it was time to better the floor in the boiler room.  The old floor had many cracks, pits and did not hold up well with multiple layers of old epoxy coatings.  This time they wanted something that was hardier.  We removed all the old layers of coating, patched and repaired the concrete, and then laid down a 100% polyaspartic floor.  Not only did the floor get extended life they had the added benefit of an aesthetically-pleasing space for the maintenance crew to enjoy.
